Field Engineering

When a customer needed help optimizing the performance of their new GD Energy Products fluid end, we worked to deliver a custom part and preventive maintenance program to get the job done. The entire process was overseen by one of our expert field engineers – from development, through delivery, to hands-on installation. We know that providing world-class parts is only part of the solution. Ensuring they’re optimized to match our unique customer needs is what makes the most of their performance.

That level of service is facilitated by our network of GD Energy Products regional locations – ensuring that maintenance, repair and installation services are always available when and where our customers need them. If bringing a pump or fluid end to one of our certified, state-of-the-art repair facilities isn’t possible, we’ve still got you covered – even if that means taking an international overnight flight to hand-deliver parts. For our field service team, It’s all part of the job.
